What Shipments Can You Send?
Domestic Parcel Service:
One piece = one shipment
Max package weight up to 31.5 kg, pallet up to 100 kg
Maximum package size 120x60x60 cm
Maximum pallet size 120x120x150 cm
International Parcel Service:
One piece = one shipment
Maximum package weight up to 100 Kg, pallet up to 300 Kg
Maximum package size 120x80x80 cm
Maximum pallet size 120x120x160cm
Services Included in the Shipping Price
We collect shipments directly from the sender or at the address specified by the sender.
If you specify the recipient's e-mail address, we will send them a notification about the delivery of the shipment.
We will deliver the parcel to selected territories of neighbouring states the very next day after collection.
We will store the proof of delivery for each shipment for you (service available only in selected countries).
We guarantee each shipment according to the CMR Convention (max. up to the amount of CZK 50,000).
You will receive from us a regular (daily, weekly, monthly) report on all delivered and undelivered shipments.
The fuel surcharge is already calculated in the offer.
We check the delivery of the shipment using a scan of the waybill.
